Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the ColorCraft Studio website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services Provided

ColorCraft Studio provides professional hair coloring services including, but not limited to:

• Balayage and ombre coloring
• Full and partial highlights
• Color correction services
• Root touch-up treatments
• Full color transformations
• Gray coverage specialist services

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

Appointments and Bookings

Booking Process

Appointments can be scheduled through our website booking form or by calling our studio directly. All appointments are subject to confirmation by our staff.

Cancellation Policy

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee
• No-shows may be charged up to 50% of the service fee
• We understand emergencies happen - please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or shorten your service time to accommodate other clients. Full service fees may still apply.

Pricing and Payment

Service Fees

All prices listed on our website are starting prices and may vary based on:

• Hair length, thickness, and current condition
• Complexity of the desired color service
• Additional treatments or products required
• Time required to complete the service

Final pricing will be confirmed during your consultation before services begin.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Payment is due at the time services are rendered.

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in service prices and is at the client's discretion. Tips for exceptional service are greatly appreciated by our colorists.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your hair history and any previous chemical treatments
• Disclose any allergies or sensitivities to hair products
• Follow pre-service and post-service care instructions provided by your colorist
• Arrive on time for your scheduled appointment
• Communicate openly with your colorist about your desired results
• Notify us immediately if you experience any adverse reactions after service

Consultation and Color Testing

We provide complimentary consultations to discuss your color goals and assess your hair condition. For certain services, particularly color corrections or dramatic color changes, we may require a strand test or patch test before proceeding with the full service.

Results and Expectations

Color Results

While our colorists are highly skilled professionals, individual results may vary based on:

• Starting hair color and condition
• Previous chemical treatments
• Hair porosity and texture
• Natural undertones

We strive to achieve your desired results but cannot guarantee exact color matches to reference photos due to variations in individual hair characteristics.

Color Correction and Adjustments

If you are not satisfied with your color results, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with you to make reasonable adjustments. Color correction services may be subject to additional fees depending on the nature of the adjustment required.

Health and Safety

Your safety is our priority. We:

• Use only professional-grade, organic hair color products
• Follow strict sanitation and hygiene protocols
• Maintain a clean and safe studio environment
• Comply with all local health and safety regulations

Clients with known allergies or sensitivities should inform their colorist before service begins.

Photography and Social Media

We may photograph your hair color results for promotional purposes, including website galleries and social media. If you prefer not to be photographed or have your images used, please inform your colorist before your appointment.

Liability Limitations

ColorCraft Studio and its staff are not liable for:

• Adverse reactions to products when proper patch testing was declined
• Damage resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions
• Color results affected by undisclosed previous chemical treatments
• Hair damage present before service that may worsen during treatment
• Loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the studio

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ColorCraft Studio website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of ColorCraft Studio and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

Minors

Clients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must provide written consent before any color services are performed.

Gift Certificates and Promotions

• Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash
• Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts
• Offers are subject to expiration dates and availability
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time

Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use of the website. Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the website
• Transmitting harmful code or malicious software
